At Olala World, we value transparency and professionalism. This Refund Policy explains under which conditions a client may or may not be entitled to a refund when purchasing our services.
By booking a package on olala.world, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Rule
All payments are final once a package has started.
No refund will be issued in case of client cancellation, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of introductions.
2. Before the Start of Services
A client may request to cancel a package before the first introduction has been organized.
In such cases, Olala World may, at its sole discretion, offer either:
A rescheduling of the service, or
A partial refund, minus administrative and processing fees (minimum 30% of the package price).
3. After the Start of Services
Once the first introduction has been arranged or scheduled, no refund will be granted.
This rule applies even if the client decides not to attend scheduled introductions, interrupts the process, or expresses dissatisfaction with the women introduced.
4. Cancellation by Female Members
If a scheduled female member cancels or is unavailable, Olala World will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative introduction.
Such replacement shall be considered a valid service, and no refund shall be due.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our services consist of arranging introductions only.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to a relationship, engagement, or marriage.
Dissatisfaction with the personal choices or behavior of female members does not entitle the client to a refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where Olala World is unable to provide any of the paid services for reasons directly attributable to the agency (excluding force majeure), a refund may be granted, limited strictly to the unused portion of the package.
No damages, compensation, or additional claims will be accepted beyond the refund of the affected portion.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by French law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, after an attempt at amicable settlement.
