1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of the website olala.world and the services offered by Olala World, an international matchmaking agency specialized in arranging in-person introductions between male clients and carefully selected women.
By using this website or purchasing any package, you fully accept these T&C.

2. Services Provided

Olala World provides professional matchmaking services consisting of the organization of in-person introductions between male clients and female members.
Olala World does not provide travel, accommodation, or tourism services. Clients are solely responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses.

3. Eligibility and Registration

  • Access to the website is free.

  • Purchasing a package is reserved for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

  • The client guarantees that all personal information provided during booking is accurate, complete, and up to date.

  • Olala World reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking at its sole discretion, without obligation to justify the reason.

5. Prices and Payment

  • The available packages and fees are described on the Pricing page.

  • All payments are made in euros (€) and must be completed in full before services begin.

  • Once a package has started, no refund will be issued in case of client cancellation, except where required by mandatory consumer law.

  • Refund terms are governed by our Refund Policy, which must be reviewed before payment.

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Comply with the laws and regulations of the country where introductions take place.

  • Behave respectfully toward the women introduced and the Olala World team.

  • Refrain from using the services for any unlawful, immoral, or harmful purpose.

  • Follow Olala World’s code of conduct, which strictly prohibits harassment, coercion, abusive language, excessive financial offers, or requests for intimate relations during introductions.

Any inappropriate or abusive conduct may result in immediate exclusion from the program, without refund.
Packages are personal and non-transferable. A purchased package cannot be reassigned or sold to another individual.

7. Women’s Commitments

Female members agree to:

  • Participate in introductions sincerely and respectfully.

  • Act in good faith toward clients and Olala World.

Olala World cannot be held liable for the personal choices, behaviors, or future actions of female members. Female members remain free to accept or decline ongoing contact after introductions, and such decisions shall not entitle the client to any refund or compensation.

8. Olala World’s Commitments

Olala World undertakes to:

  • Select female members with care, ensuring their sincerity and genuine willingness to meet a partner.

  • Organize introductions in a safe, respectful, and structured environment.

  • Protect personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If a scheduled introduction is canceled by a female member, Olala World will seek to arrange an alternative introduction when possible, without any obligation of refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Olala World does not guarantee romantic success, marriage, or any specific outcome of introductions.

  • Decisions made by clients or women after introductions are their sole responsibility.

  • Olala World is not a party to any personal dispute or relationship between clients and female members and shall not be held liable for any conflict arising between them.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection and processing of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.
Clients and female members have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, videos, designs) is protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

12. Changes to the T&C

Olala World reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the date of booking.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by French law. Any other jurisdiction is excluded.
In case of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent French courts.
