Refund Policy
At Olala World, we value transparency and professionalism. This policy explains the conditions of your purchase.
By booking a package on olala.world, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. General Rule
All payments are final once a package has started.
No refund will be issued in case of client cancellation, withdrawal, or dissatisfaction with the outcome of introductions.
2. Before the Start of Services
A client may request to cancel a package before the first introduction has been organized. The client must inform us by mail at least 1 week before the trip. In such cases, Olala World may offer:
- A rescheduling of the service.
- or a partial refund, minus administrative, hosting and processing fees (minimum 30% of the package price).
3. After the Start of Services
This rule applies even if the client decides not to attend, interrupts the process, or expresses dissatisfaction with the women introduced.
4. Cancellation by Female Members
If a scheduled female member cancels, Olala World will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative introduction.
Such replacement shall be considered a valid service, and no refund shall be due.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our services consist of arranging introductions only. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to a relationship, engagement, or marriage.
Dissatisfaction with the personal choices or behavior of female members does not entitle the client to a refund.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where Olala World is unable to provide services for reasons directly attributable to the agency, a refund may be granted, limited strictly to the unused portion of the package.
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
